The charter season typically runs from April to October, with peak season being June to September.

What is the booking process like?
Once you select a yacht and the dates, we will issue a charter agreement. A 50% deposit is required upon signing, with the balance due 4–6 weeks before departure.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept bank transfers and secure online payment portals for your convenience.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, flexible payment schedules can be arranged upon request for early bookings.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, but we offer trip insurance options and flexible rebooking policies in certain circumstances.

How are prices determined?
Charter prices vary by yacht size, season, and inclusions. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Are food and beverages provided?
Meal plans and beverage packages vary by yacht. Many charters offer full-board or half-board options with customizable menus and drink packages for an additional fee. Please check the individual boat page for specific details and pricing.
Are there additional costs beyond the charter price?
In addition to the charter fee, there are mandatory and optional costs to consider:
- VAT (Value Added Tax): Typically 13%, not always included in the listed charter price.
- APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): Usually 25–35% of the charter fee, used to cover food, beverages, fuel, port fees, and other onboard expenses.
- Crew gratuities: Customarily 5–15% of the charter price, at the client’s discretion.
- Optional extras: These may include excursions, special events, premium beverages, transfers, or water toys not already included.
All additional costs will be clearly outlined before booking, and our team is available to help you understand the full pricing structure.
What is the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)?
For some charters, an APA (typically 20–30% of the charter fee) covers food, beverage, dockage, and other provisions, managed transparently by the captain.

What does a typical day on a yacht look like?

Are children allowed on board?
Yes, children are welcome and encouraged! Let us know in advance for child-friendly amenities.
Is seasickness a concern?
Modern yachts are very stable, and the Adriatic Sea is generally calm. We recommend bringing motion sickness medication if concerned.

What crew is included with the yacht?
Our recommended yachts all come with a professional captain, chef, and hostess services. Larger yachts may have additional crew (e.g., deckhand, stewardess).
Are the crew fluent in English?
Yes, all crew members speak English and are highly experienced in serving international clients.
Is onboard safety equipment provided?

Can we charter for less than a week?
Charters are usually weekly (Saturday to Saturday), but shorter or custom durations may be available in the shoulder seasons.
Do I need a visa to travel to Croatia?
U.S. citizens can stay in Croatia for up to 90 days without a visa. However, valid passports are required, and they should be machine-readable and valid for at least three months beyond your trip) at the time of entry into Croatia. We recommend checking current entry regulations before planning your trip.
Can you assist with airport transfers or hotels before/after the charter?
Yes, we offer VIP transfer services and can arrange luxury hotel accommodations before or after your charter if required.
What airport should we fly into?
The most common airports are Split (SPU) and Dubrovnik (DBV), depending on your departure port.
Do I need sailing experience?
No experience is needed—our yachts are fully crewed. You are free to relax and enjoy.
What if the weather is bad?
Our captains will adjust the itinerary for comfort and safety, and we rarely lose full days due to weather. Refunds are not provided for poor weather, per standard charter policies.
What happens if a yacht becomes unavailable after booking?
In rare cases of yacht issues, we provide a comparable replacement yacht or full refund, per our charter agreement.
