AdriYachtEx is headquartered in Florida, USA, serving American clients looking to charter on the Adriatic Sea from Croatia. Our first hand charter knowledge comes from years of yacht operations in Croatia.
The charter season typically runs from April to October, with peak season being June to September.
Popular destinations include Split, Hvar, Vis, Brač, Korčula, Dubrovnik, the Kornati Archipelago and the Elafiti Islands, amongst many more.

Booking & Payments

Contact us via email, phone, or our website with your preferred dates, group size, and yacht type for a tailored experience.
Once you select a yacht and the dates, we will issue a charter agreement. A 50% deposit is required upon signing, with the balance due 4–6 weeks before departure.
We accept bank transfers and secure online payment portals for your convenience.
Yes, flexible payment schedules can be arranged upon request for early bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable, but we offer trip insurance options and flexible rebooking policies in certain circumstances.

Pricing & Inclusions

Charter prices vary by yacht size, season, and inclusions. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Meal plans and beverage packages vary by yacht. Many charters offer full-board or half-board options with customizable menus and drink packages for an additional fee. Please check the individual boat page for specific details and pricing.

In addition to the charter fee, there are mandatory and optional costs to consider:

  • VAT (Value Added Tax): Typically 13%, not always included in the listed charter price.
  • APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): Usually 25–35% of the charter fee, used to cover food, beverages, fuel, port fees, and other onboard expenses.
  • Crew gratuities: Customarily 5–15% of the charter price, at the client’s discretion.
  • Optional extras: These may include excursions, special events, premium beverages, transfers, or water toys not already included.

All additional costs will be clearly outlined before booking, and our team is available to help you understand the full pricing structure.

For some charters, an APA (typically 20–30% of the charter fee) covers food, beverage, dockage, and other provisions, managed transparently by the captain.
